I’ve had a Streamsmart box for a couple of years now currently have 2 Pro boxes. Frustrating and pissed that Streamsmart just up and left their customers in the dark...no support, no website and now no updates.
I did come across a website www.streamstation.se which has a photo of the pro and has the online support thing. Tried it and recognized the name who replied back...of course she was rude. Also now if u click on the old website it’s now a new box and different name.
I also notice when you click on the un-wizard app a pop up stating “we do not encourage or condone copyright infringement and to not continue unless authorize”. My guess is they got into legal trouble while telling its customers it was all kosher.

Don't Waste Your Money
I bought one six months ago. I never could get everything the people who sold it to me got.
If you don't have really good internet you won't get smooth streaming. Seriously - YOU Get No Help from the company. Totally a waste of money - they make you think this is wonderful. It's Not.
Websites aren't available. Chat's don't work. Now they say - they've been sold but you can't find out for sure. Can't get information about anything.
Also, it upgraded and you have to spend more money to upgrade if you want to keep the service.
I feel like this was a waste of money. I feel like a stupid idiot and the company got rich and I lost my shirt and they're laughing all the way to the bank.

System is running.
I've had mine for approximately 4 years and for the most part, they've worked great. Really no complaints, until this past week (Feb 4, 2018). For some reason, the main component of their data base program, known as Wizard, has been removed. Since this took place, it has become so difficult to understand or manuever through the system, that I have not been able to receive any programming.
I am not a tech guy, but have been able in the past to work the system, generally understanding how to update and reset. Today, I am totally clueless as they have NO SUPPORT for their product. I have reached out and sent emails to the various Streamsmart distributors and their Facebook page, but not one reply.
I have no idea as to why this has taken place, but unfortunately I can no longer recommend this equipment. Maybe it's a temporary problem and hopefully so (?)

Shut Them Down
I was a dustributor and got stuck with $1500 worth of garbage after customers (mostly friends) threatened to sue me! Shut those *** wholes down everytime the set up a new shell comany the customers (fools like me ) get stuck holding a bag of their shady dealings.
I am going to do everything in my power to get justice and become their biggest nightmare. They have screwed some people who you don’t *** with!!!

PIECE OF JUNK...WORKS HALF THE TIME... HAD IT FOR NEARLY A YEAR AND HAVE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO WATCH APPROX.
10 MOVIES IN 3 DIFFERENT LOCATION USING 2 DIFFERENT INTERNET SERVERS WITH A $60 SIGNAL BOOSTER. I WOULD ACTUALLY HAVE SAVED MORE MONEY WITH REDBOX, NETFLIX OR HULU. I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A VALID WAY TO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEATER MOVIES BUT AFTER ALL THE FRUSTRATION I WOULD RATHER JUST PAY FOR THEM. EVEN WHEN YOU FINALLY DO GET A MOVIE APPARENTLY YOU MAY BE WATCHING A BOOTLEG MOVIE.
THE SALES PERSON DON'T TELL YOU THAT BY PURCHASING THE BOX THAT YOU ARE TECHNICALLY BREAKING THE LAW. I JUST THOUGHT THAT I WAS GETTING A GOOD DEAL ......DUMB ME RIGHT

Terrible
This product (Stream Smart Pro) has not performed up to it's spectations at all. It is a terrible investment and trying to get any type of technical support is impossible.
Please provide a 1-800 number for technical assistance. I have tried on several occasions, for endless hours, to access a movie, sports event or just a regular TV station but to no avail. I bought 2 of these devices for $449.00 each and haven't got $20.00 dollars worth of service from them. I would like to get some type of support or just return them for a refund.
When I first purchased these boxes during football season I could watch practically any event I wanted to, sports, movies, premium channels etc., but it the last 5 months service has been deplorable.

fox news must be a thorn in their butt it keeps changing locations now it won't come in atoll. the fake news channels come in good.

If your stream station 1 is working. Do not upgrade to the infinitestream upgrade for 50 dollars. You lose all favorites you may have stored and must delete data cache etc and re load apps ...Then it works no better than the system you upgraded from but now you have to re load your favorites which I had many...
If you didn't find the answer, go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CSaMFE5fCBk Forward past the set up until you get to "My App Store" in the main screen. Go to Media Play and update if one.
Return and go to Utilities. Click on Media Setup, Install. Reboots.
Open Media Player, wait for updates. Hope it helps.
I have two pro boxes that are over a year old. Both boxes will not connect to my WiFi.
This happened to both boxes at the same time. I worked with customer support and they told me to do a factory reset, which didn’t work. Now it will not allow me to even enter a password? Customer support told me to to do a factory reset then said it was out of warranty and then hung up on me.
That’s a great way to make you NOT buy another box. Oh, and I did spend $100 for the upgrade about 6 months ago:( Personally I think Streamsmart did something to our boxes because everyone started complaining at the same time. They want us to buy new boxes.
I went and purchased a StreaMaster box and I am happy again. Good way to loose customers Streamsmart.
Anyone know where I can get tech support for my Streamsmart PRO now fully UPDATED with InfiniteStream software? I need to findout wich Netflix Android app works on my box now that it has the updates it doesn't like Netflix now?
InfiniteStream.tv is their "new" website and name. They answer emails but don't expect help.
The apps suck buffers so much I have great internet always do the updates the live tv apps all buffer box is not worth it anymore
Streamsmart was sold, new company is streamstation. New company has shut down boxes and trying to sell new boxes. Very sad don't buy the Hyperion box.
ESPN and Big 10 network always have problems.Why?
I got the same thing, rude also said I should upgrade to new box as my S4 was outdated. Never again, just got a T 95m works so much smother and it cost $50.00
